Q: How many Weddings does Indian Canyons Golf Resort have a day?

A: There is only one wedding per day on either the North or South side.


Q: How many guests can Indian Canyons Golf Resort accommodate for an event?

A: As many as 220 (max) guests for a sit-down or buffet dinner (tables of 8-10) with music & dancing can be accommodated comfortably in the North Clubhouse. Our famous South Course Restaurant can hold up to 60 guests.


Q:  Are we able to have the ceremony at the Indian Canyons Golf Resort?

A: Yes, there are several options for either outside or inside on both the North and South. If there is inclement weather the ceremony can be moved indoors based on availability.


Q: How do I get more information on having an event at the Indian Canyons Golf Resort?

A: Call 760-833-8711 to make an appointment for a tour and if you have any other questions.


Q: Can I get pricing over the phone or by e-mail?

A: The pricing is based on many variables and most information can be discussed over the phone or by e-mail. Final pricing is subject to change based on the final and signed Banquet Event Order.


Q: Why is there a rental fee?

A: The rental fee reserves designated areas of the Indian Canyons Golf Resort for exclusive use and reserves the date and times. It also covers set-up, take down and cleaning.


Q: Is the rental fee tax deductible?

A: No.


Q: How often do you have appointments to view Indian Canyons Golf Resort?

A: We are here most days every week. Times of appointments vary from day to day and are based on availability. If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you call to reschedule.


Q: What if I am going to be late for my appointment?

A: Appointments are scheduled every hour so if you are late for your appointment we ask that you call 760-833-8711 to let the event sales manager know that you will be late.  It may be more beneficial to re-schedule.


Q: May I have my rehearsal dinner at Indian Canyons Golf Resort?

A: Yes, based on date availability and times.


Q: What if we want to change or add something on the menu?

A: You may speak with our Executive Chef to discuss your changes or additions. Some changes & upgrades may require an additional fee. You will be notified of any additional fees in writing.


Q: What if I need special meals at the event such as kosher, vegetarian or I have a guest with dietary needs?

A: That is not a problem. Just inform your Executive Chef in advance of any special needs when you are planning your menu. Indian Canyons Golf Resort is not equipped as a Kosher kitchen.


Q: Is the wedding cake included?

A: No, but we do work with some great local bakeries that we can recommend.


Q: Can I use a florist and a Music Company that is not a house vendor at Indian Canyons Golf Resort or that is not on the approved vendor list at Indian Canyons Golf Resort?

A: Yes, but we do have some vendors we recommend and have worked with in the past.


Q: Can we use candles?

A: Yes, but all candles must be enclosed and have something underneath them to catch the wax. There are some restricted areas. Please refer to your contract for details.


Q: Are there overnight accommodations at the resort?

A: No, but we do work with all the local hotels and can recommend ones that fit your budget and we also have a sister property that has accommodations.


Q: Is there a room for the bride and groom to get ready in?

A: Yes, we do have both men's and women's locker rooms available.


Q: Is there anyone to help the bride and groom throughout the day?

A: Yes, our whole staff is here to help the wedding party and their guests.


Q: Can buses drive up to the Indian Canyons Golf Resort?

A: Yes.


Q: Are pets permitted at Indian Canyons Golf Resort?

A: No, but guide dogs are allowed.


Q: Is Indian Canyons Golf Resort handicap accessible?

A: Yes.
